John Budion and Mark Szumski collaborate again, this time for MTV's 2009 VMA's Promo. Working with NeYo, Katie Perry, Taylor Swift, Cobra Starship, and Russell Brandt, John and Mark supervised the shoots and worked on Flame to bring these Stars to Radio City Music Hall for the 2009 Video Music Awards.
